DME(Duel Monster's Expert) Tournament
A strategic tournament where you will build a theme deck according to the monster of your choice. You will choose a Lv8 monster or higher that does not fit in the category of Normal Summoned and must be Special Summoned with a Special Requirement. The duelist that prevails through the final round will be declared as the DME and will also face the King for his title with a deck of your choice. Who's King?

HOW TO WIN: You must at least summon your monster once in a Match Duel.

DISQUALIFICATIONS:
1) Procrastination
2) Using the Wrong Ban List
3) Disconnecting Without a Valid Reason
4) Winning Without fulfilling the Special Requirements

MAX NUMBER OF DUELISTS: 8-16

Ban List: Sept08

RESTRICTED CARDS: 5 Exodia pieces. Marshmallon, Dark Paladin, Level Limit - Area B, Reversal Quiz, Self-Destruction Button, Lava Golem, Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8, Prohibition, and all RFG cards; All Negate Summoning cards (such as Solemn Jugdment, Black Horn of Heaven, Thunder King, etc). Manticore of Darkness, Demise, King of Armageddon, Evil Hero Dark Gaia. Red Gadget, Jinzo, Light and Darkness Dragon, Mobius the Frost Monarch, Green Gadget, Yellow Gadget, Just Desserts, Secret Barrel.

KEY COLORS: Banned Cards, Limited Cards, Semi-Limited Cards.
KEY WORDS: RFG = Remove From Game.

OFFICIAL RULES:
1) Rainbow Dragon and Hamon can't coexist in the same deck. That same rule is applied for the Egyptian God cards.
2) Once a monster is selected that's the end of it. You will not be allowed to change your mind.
3) Countering decks is strictly forbidden. For example; if you pull out a card like System Down against your opponent's machine deck you will get disqualified.
4) If neither of you fail to summon your key monster...it's a Double DQ!
5) 30 posts or higher to enter!
6) One key monster at a time.
