The Duel Monster's Expert Tourney 2009 has ended!

Questions/Statements

1 - Me and my opponent can't connect....
A - Agree with another row via forum messages to duel. I will not be involved on de-paring members because it takes a long time to re-arrange everything, so as long as you duel you boost your point and the graph will mark out the ones that loses. The paring does not matter in this case, but do try to follow it if you don't have trouble shooting connection with your opponent.

2 - I will use Phantom of Chaos's effect to summon my key card....
A - The rules stated that you must summon your key card. Regardless you activate the effect or not. Now, activating the effect via other cards or by itself does not apply, so therefor, not until you summon your keycard you will not fulfill the winning requirement.

3 - How many days do we have?
A - You got approximately a week to duel. I will move on with the result if certain party members duels or not.. Thus your points will be average of all duels that occurs. 10 Points for Winning and fulfill the requirement. 5 Points for losing. 0 Points for participating and bringing excuses and not duel. View the past tourney ladder as an example of who won and how, so I suggest not to try any phishy scams like Zoner11 to DQ yourself and act like you don't understand the format, or just quit. Remember your points counts. As well as the Tourney format display rows.

4 - I have a draw while I summoned my Keycard and my opponent didn't.
A - You are declared the victor.

5 - The time limit runs on me (and I lost the match) and I summoned my Keycard once, but my opponent didn't.
A - You are the victor.

6 - Both sides summon Keycard and ends up a draw.
A - Restart the duel until the result of either Statement 4 or 5 occurs. Or win by the usual Kick-ask beating LP 0 Style.

7 - Is KWC on this tourney.
A - No, he's not, and never will be.

8 - Kisara has the name of one of the ghost I downloaded, is she real?
A - Ask her through PM.

9 - I can't cooperate with my opponent on a timezone.
A - After my evolvement on seing both side complain, A DQ will occur. NO double DQ will apply.

10 - What do I win on this tourney as a prize?
A - For starters, we ask you be active. Thus that could make you a bit friendly here to other. Friendly means popular. Popular with posts, and a nice trophy customized by one of the staffs here, and your forum name honored through the HTML graph, as well as a nice 3D Graphic CS4 banner for members to congratulate you is more than enough to ask. You didn't sign up with money, so don't expect any real home trophies, funds, or prizes which will involve KWC's pocket trip on Walmart.

Ask other question and it will be answer here throughout this week only. On the Secondary Round, I will ignore all questions until this tourney is over with an appropriate structure and victor!

yes the tourney starts, ok red during the week ill be on 11am-2 30pm forum time (will change soon) and on weekends kindof anytime, well mostly about 9am-5pm forum time, so tell me when to meet k because we only have a week

mm do not understand what design desean010 win the match but lava golem invoking the requirements was to win the match with minimum 1 letter after invoking the code or I'm wrong?

Since I have the Japan game Im guessing My banlist doesn't update right...I downloaded the Sept banlist, but apparently (and im sure it was) soulom judgement is 1 use only...which now puts us at a cross rodes because I now think it would be a double DQ or I lose...we need a ruling on this one.

Solemn is limited though.

AmaTerasU won their match, summoning his keycard during the 2nd game in his match. From my understanding, that should give him the all of the requirements for a win.
Even then, using an illegal banlist is against the rules of the tourney.

I'm going to side with AmaterasU on this one.

well it being put that way, then i guess that amaterasU did win the duel. if lava golem was summoned and dasean didnt summon his one then well yh amat won. sorry dasean010 but you actually did lose this one. well we'll see what happens.
