PS It's like a legendary Wild, but this one you can actually know where it is. When it's nearby any grassy area, the weather will change. For my case it starts raining heavily like the Kyogre event on Pokemon Sapphire.

It runs away, so MEAN LOOK it or prevent it from escaping with a WABAFUT or something. If you can couple of Master balls I can give you as many as you want.

OR I also got a action replay, just tell me the code for the Master Balls. Maybe you can trade your Tornadus with the ball.

For that, I think you want Rayquaza but that has to be from Soul Silver or Heart Gold right? *sigh* I transferred all of my pokes sorry :p
