Fabled NOW META

I still have lots of decks I need to cover, and since no one is posting any decks here, I figure why not show off. But seriously I made this deck last night lol. I thought of it, research about it, and what do you know...beside Gravekeeper's that been a dead reborn strategy the now meta is dominating with Tengu on this deck.

This is my version from my World Championship 2011 game. And I'm sure by the time I get WC 2012 Reborn Tengu will be Semi-Limited....so I may not enjoy it as some of us do...

The way you used this deck is to take control. Even if your opponent had you cornered with a Stardust or a Trishula, so the main effect is to get rid of your hand and to gain your fables effects. And your Snipe Hunter doing the heavy damage for you. you can also take advantage with Brionac as an extra Snipe to get your discarded effects. So basically because most of these selected Fables doesn't have "you can" and it's a must their effects goes as soon as they're discarded.

You can see this example from a Reborn Tengu and a Naturia Cliff.

Reborn tengu states:

Code:

Special Summon 1 "Reborn Tengu" from your Deck.

while the Naturia cliffs states:

Code:

you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Naturia" monster from your Deck to your side...

(because you would have the option to chose whether or not to activate Naturia's Cliff effect you will miss the timing when it's sent from the field to the Graveyard as a result of a Tribute, Synchro or anything other than effect card and damage results.)

So for cards that says discard, if you were to use them as costs if they say "you can..." it'll be missed timing for cards like Snipe Hunter and Brionac.

David I can't even beat the samurai cpu in wc 2011 with this deck >..<

You may need that Reborn Tengu in there XD. And I'm sure you misused these cards, otherwise I never had problem with it honestly.

This deck is very good, so it must have been a fluke.

I'm going to spend my entire 7 hour sail to Minesota working on my Fabled deck, trying to make it perfect.
Instant Fusion is a nice touch, I might try that. (:

Well, there isn't turbo dueling in Zexal so, I don't see why they would keep it.
