PostSubject: Deck 17 (Dragon's Beautiful Era)   Deck 17 (Dragon's Beautiful Era) Icon_minitimeThu Nov 05, 2009 9:01 am

Been a while since I made a deck post. Here's my deck.

Monsters 20:

Axe Dragonute x2
Decoy Dragon x1
Felgrand Dragon x1
Horus LV4 x1
Horus LV6 x2
Horus LV8 x2
Masked Dragon x3
Montage Dragon x2
Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon x3
Twin-Headed Behemoth x3 (finally not limited!)

Magic 17:

A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon x2
Foolish Burial x2
Heavy Storm
Level Modulation
Level up!
Magical Mallet x2
MST
Riyoku
Shield Crush x2
Shrink x2
SoRL
the Graveyard in The 4th Dimension.

Trap 3:

Call of the Haunted
Mirror Force
Torrential Tribute.

SIDE DECK

Montage Dragon
Phantom Dragon
Vice Dragon
A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon
Dimension Distortion
Level Modulation
Level Up!
Lightning Vortex
Magical Mallet
Ceasefire
Dimensional Prison x2
Dragon's Rage
Solemn Judgement
The Dragon's bead

---------------------------
---------------------------

I'm sure The Combo's are pretty obvious.
If not let me shine light onto some.

REDM Dragon is an easy summon so no need to worry 'bout more Tribute Monsters.

A Wingbeat of GD is there to bring back high level monsters to my hand (such as Horus LV8, Felgrand, and REDM Dragon) to let Montage Dragonhave more ATTACK POWER for a sweet insta-kill, plus it destroys all your opponents trap and magic. (9000 is maximum in this deck)

Foolish Burial to put cards Felgrand or REDM Dragon to the graveyard to have better use of Decoy dragon's Effect. (Also the effect of REDM dragon *but you can't summon itself from the grave)

Twin-Headed Behemoth and Masked Dragon are STALL CARDS.

Horus cards for Magic Lock-down.

Torrential Tribute to refresh the field for direct battle damage of your Dragons.

And The MOST BEAUTIFUL THING IN THIS DECK IS THAT, THE STRONGEST CARDS ARE SPECIAL SUMMONED.!!!!
EASY SUMMON FTW !!!

that came into consideration, but it will only be useful for REDM dragon (and only that). So, I didn't put it. But, if it works for you.. Go ahead! Smile

btw, I just tried using this awhile ago since I slept and in one turn I had two REDM Dragons, Horus LV8 and LV6, and decoy Dragon on the feild in the last turn. (THROUGH SPECIAL SUMMON)

and I realized that Axe Dragonute can just be a SAC LAMB for REDMD. (or may be changed to Red Eyes wyvern.)

if you're using A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon you should put in vice dragon he's a level 5 with an effect like cyber dragon but his atk and def gets halved

@Freed: Yeah it's cool. We all make mistakes.

EDIT to The deck!

Felgrand can be changed with Tyrant Dragon. (Felgrand can't be special summoned if it did not come from the Field.)
And no need for Phantom Dragon.

@Web:
Thanks! I'm glad you like it.
I really wanted to make a new meta deck, and this was better than I expected.
