It pretty good, but it does have some problem because it cant counter any trap or magic.

It looks heavy on monsters
When you run phoenix, you want it to be destroyed so you can trigger its effect
You may wanna run Treeborn Frog and Enemy Controllers/or shrink, I don't know why Penguin is here though

try copying Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys´ deck (CPU)
I made mine starting from it:
Apprentice Magician x2 E·Hero Wildheart x3 (saves himself of traps like torrential tribute and needle ceiling) Giant Rat x3 Gigantes x2 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness Hand of Nephthys x2 N·Spacian Grand Mole Night Assailant Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys x2 (Key cards) Sangan Treeborn Frog Vampire Lord x1 (Returns when is destroyed by an effect, so your field won´t be empty in your turn)
Creature Swap x1 (works great with Giant Rat) Cyclone Boomerang x1 Gold Sarcophagus x1 Heavy Storm Monster Reborn Mystical Space Typhoon Scapegoat Swords of Revealing Light
Dark Coffin x2 Malevolent Catastrophe x2 Mirror Force Needle Ceiling x2 Statue of the Wicked x2 Torrential Tribute Widespread Ruin
Side deck: Breaker the Magical Warrior Cyber Dragon Dandylion E·Hero Stratos Marshmallon M. Jar M. Jar #2 x2 (i don´t know why does the phoenix has it in its deck) Sniper Hunter Spirit Reaper E - Emergency Call x1 Gold Sarcophagus x1 Pot of Avarice x2 Reinforcement of the Army
