I been thinking of adding Phantom of Chaos, is it a good idea? If so, which card should I remove?

I had to use Brute Force to take out this deck!

Kuriboh x 3
Winged Kuriboh x 3
Flute of Summoning Kuriboh x 3

so yeah ... I've made a great deck with those cards + Norleras; you've got the feather of a phoenix combo goin, so you can try making you're opponent vulnerable with something that can bust them up while they're defenseless. Those 9 cards alone can inject much needed speed and consistency into a otherwise misshapen deck type. I'm not calling your deck misshapen just saying that Norleras decks, or any SKy Scourge decks are very hard to work with.

A second combo would be :

Despair from the Dark in the graveyard
A Book of Life put on top of your deck with A feather of a phoenix
Activate Norleras's effect
Special summon Despair from the Dark and wail on your opponent for massive damage while they cannot do anything (hopefully they don't get lucky)

And that is what we call Norleras + Zombies! Which is hilariously fun

Tell me where to fit those 9 cards, I have tried the Kuribohs before, it works well with Invicil and Enrise and what I hate is that it brings many dead draws, and this deck concentrates on Norleras. Kuribohs are for other Sky Scourge decks.
I love the Despair from the dark, but Zombie + Book of Life in the grave + Feather in your hand + Norleras + 3 Fiends and 1 Fairy in your grave, seems too much, not telling the combo is bad, but I could just use Interdimensional Matter Transporter to keep Norleras on the field.

First of all, depending on how you want this deck to be then you can either take out the SORL or keep it. You can choose between Giant Germ or Giant Orc, either one will do but having both can affect you're position. Giant Orc = Aggressiveness, Giant Germ = Long Term games

You can try to scrap it and try over, but that's your choice. Changing your approach can drastically affect your success. Trade-ins with both Enrise and Norleras is a good supplement for speed, and it would give you more of a choice when you need a big monster with a good effect.

The 9 cards I could suggest are

Giant Germ x 2
Nigh Assailant
Treeborn Frog (You don't really have anything that you can tribute it for)
Gold Sarcophagus (It can help out but shows your opponent what card you choose, giving them time to prepare)
Card Desruction (depending on what switches you want)
Grand Mole (Put it in the side deck)
Breaker (This can be sided too, your choice)
Skelengel x 2 (One will be sufficient due to the deck thinning properties of Flute of Summoning Kuriboh)

Also Solemn Judgment covers more of your bases than Dark Bribe, even with the loss of lifepoints at least it doesn't give your opponent an extra card

Those are my suggestions

Giant Germ x3 already meets the conditions for Norleras for its 3 fiends
Night Assailant is when it gets discarded you can pick a Flip monster back, such as Skelengel
Treeborn Frog is here after I nuked the field, so it gives defense
Giant Orcs are here for Deck Devastation Virus, and takes down most monsters
Gold Sarcophagus searches for Norleras, OR I can pick any card after I nuke the field
Skelengel is a Light Fairy and makes you draw a card, and compatible with Night Assailant
Card Destruction is here to get Norleras faster, but never helped me so I can remove it.
I put the Dark Bribe because I couldn't use Solemn Judgment at the tourny (Negate Special Summons are banned)
I consider Breaker as a staple
Grand Mole is here to counter the biggest threats

Like I said before, Kuriboh/Winged Kuriboh won't work in 'this' deck, sorry. I also have a Sky Scourge deck with the advice you gave me.

Yeah this deck is tight, but not air-tight. haha! but c'mon, what do you expect Dion loves Norleras. Haha!

Basically I use tomato/shining as a toolbox to grab what I need at the time, that's why some cards might seem out of place. Thanks to qaz3000 for letting me test it out.

may I ask, what are the combos in this deck? I'm kind of confused with all the cards.

I thought I would have to explain some choices here first off to answer your question about having something after Norleras. To be honest you don't really need it, most decks are crippled when they have to topdeck. I use Norleras as an out, I don't start the game planning to blow up.

I like the idea of adding other swap as it wins game alot of the times. Now for decking Novas over shining uh novas can't grab D.D. Warrior Lady which is a huge problem solver. As for Ha Des, I feel this card is massivly underrated right now. He adds field presence to an other wise weak attacking deck and destroys monarch decks not just because he can run over them but because he negates alot of the monsters they use to get monarchs out, anything klled by fiends is completely negated. Not to mention the obvisous synergy with Phantom of Chaos, an on demend Skilll Drain + the Atk to run over monarchs. My playtests with him have been pretty sucessful out of 5 online games, he won me the 2 games he hit the field on, try him out.

Basically Tomatos can grab Snipe for a problem solver, Germs if i need fiends, Sangan if I need to grab a fairy or i am about to blow up, and reaper if i need stall.

Angels can grab Marshmallon for stall, and D.D. WL for a problem solver.

I can Creature swap Majestic mech if I use his effect, Angels, Tomatoes, Germs. All will help me gain field advantage.

Phantom of chaos can remove from play Ha Des for a skilldrain with 2450 Atk, Norleras for a blow up, and others for there various effects.
