In my opinion the yugioh saga is coming to an end.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Online was one of the most epic game there were besides those handheld console games. It appear that konami and the yugioh zexal producers cannot come to an agreement to distribute character playing style to gaming whatnot, and is an infringement. I have a strong feeling that the anime was bought by a major cooperation after the ending of 5D's and is not sink with all the konami franchise. Thus they are no longer advertising Yugioh Zexal but advertising Yugioh in general. Because Yugioh zexal unlike Yugioh 5D's is not registered, and is still pending on legal registration of names etc, by its rightful shareholder.

It's like this, they sold yugioh, gaining profits of it, a name was created but they are no longer reproducing the work, and for their own incoporation title they had registered both Yugioh on the starts of Yugioh R and Yugioh 5'Ds as same as they did on Yugioh GX, only this time they are not responsible for Yugioh Zexal, but are just covering up Yugioh in general.

Speaking on closure topic, when I started this website I was following foot to foot with yugiohuschampionship.com but now this site is no longer available. This proves that konami will also not release a World Championship game this year because if they were the website would have been active and updated on the new release world championship games.

I think we fans have about 1 year left of the Yugioh saga before Zexal ends and everything closed down. This is a start of wrapping up for profits and production or market growth wise. Like a store closing and giving away things for free, only this time konami can't just shut it down like this but they sold partial of the copyright of yugioh to a company that wants to reproduced it and they are wrapping up on their closure that way it will seems like if there is no more yugioh it's not their fault.

This may all be assumption, but with no leading clues, and things shutting down, and no games, what else can we expect?

One more thing though. I made a video about this a good while back and if you read the article you will notice this: "We hope that you enjoyed your duels and trades and look forward to having you compete against friends worldwide with the next great Konami game". As this I wonder what they mean. A new Yu-Gi-Oh! game? A totally new game? It says game and not games which I believe they hint to one specific game, but what? I'm curious.
