I wouldn't say great, but it is better than Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal

I have bought some OCG cards (one Trial Deck and and Booster Box of Set 5) and I think that this game can compete with Yu-Gi-Oh!. This Japanese TCG created in collaboration between Akira Itō (Yu-Gi-Oh! R), Satoshi Nakamura (Duel Masters), and Bushiroad president Takaaki Kidani so of course it is good. I really like the game mechanics of this game.

I currently play a OTT (Oracle Think Tank) and a Neo-Nectar deck.

So I got my Trial Deck and Booster Box today in the mail.

I pulled (as Double Rares+)
Majestic Blaster Lord
Misstress Hurricane
Knight of Nullity, Masquerade
Wingal Brave (Never knew this kind of awesome rarity existed!"
Knight of Friendship, Kay
Knight of Loyalty, Bedivere (Both knight can make a whole picture)
Maiden of Blossom Rain
Stealth Beast, Leaves Mirage

And my favorite: Forerunner Battle Maiden, Laurel
I was able to make a whole Neo-Nectar and a Oracle Think Tank (OTT) deck! I will buy more OCG card soon!

You can always try Google. I buy OCG cards from http://www.hammergirlanime.com/ where you can also buy English cards.

The game has hit the US. Will soon come to Europe. Just order English cards. "Booster Set 6 will have TCG and OCG release at the same time, if this does not happen it will be released a month later." says Bushiroad.

vanguard is a copy version of yugioh

I hope you're joking cuz if not I will go all Fan-boy on yo ask!

The only thing you actually can call a direct copy is the fact that you start with 5 cards in hand and cannot attack on your first turn.

just my opinion others might have a different view

What's good about Vanguard is that it has completely new mechanics that have never been used before in a TCG (except for that is mentioned above.)

I think that checking out the rules first would be a better plan. The anime, like Yu-Gi-Oh!, often gets the right Trigger at the right time. However the Anime always uses real cards, real strategies, real meta deck and real booster packs. Which I like the most about it.
