STOP PIPA/ SOPA!

Looks like we got to do something bout this.... Download the video and re-upload it to your account (YouTube, DailyMotion, FaceBook, blip.tv e.t.c) This is over 9000 times worse than that S.978 Bill thing. Spread the word

This has been worrying me for a month and a half... but I think that bill won't even pass.

Although I am Canadian, it would be bull to not download anything...and lose youtube.

Youtube is just too huge. It won't go down withought a fight.

I agree but I still think this bill will not pass.

SOPA hurts more than it helps, even so, a Firefox addon called Desopa will let Americans go on censored websites, this proves there will be always ways around.

Even if this bill is in effect, pirates will always find a way to give free materials.

Google is the most popular site, among with Facebook. I am sure if this bill pass and control the internet, a revolution will happen to nullify the bill.

The Internet is not meant to belong to someone, it belongs to everyone. Americans governments is trying to card off people worldwide.

This bill proves that they only want more money.

If you don't know what SOPA is, SOPA is a bill which will take out websites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter down (from what I heard) off the internet and all your favorite sites down.

XD, thank God we have a good president who's on our side.

Note, wikipedia was against it. Google even went on strike. Craiglist, Amazon, and all the major big boys went against it.

Over the years lots of 3rd party employees gets promoted to higher office, and sometimes on the congress. With no trainings, and skills or even indeph infos they target things to put control over it to their favors.

Recently companies are complaining about online piracy. Which starts when color movies starts being a hit. But The Motion Picture Association of America was the last file they review and judging to how big MPAOA they went to their favors.

The bill will not be passed. These congressman oughta be beaten up with a rotten stick for bringing up such nonsense like that which in the end, will never come to effect.

SOPA has lost basically all of it's past support. We can rest easy, for now.

And SOPA didn't really have anything to do with MEGAUPLOAD. Just another illegal pirating site getting hit.

True that to what sizzle said. SOPA has been cancel by congress and will no longer show up for another decades or so.

Thank GOD downloading things here is a bit tricky and is not visible to search engines otherwise we would be hit as same as SOPA.

And not only MGUpload is down but they have been sued and 2 of their full times employee are serving big times in jail right about now.
