Yes, I even sometime put cards in my deck to lower my deck capacity.

Um...that raises Deck Capacity, Capacity like the amount of cards in a deck (It really means how much the Deck can hold XD). You put more cards in and that reduces the chance of you getting the card that you really want. rofl
