Another fun deck I'm trying to make/make competitive:
Monsters (0):
Spells (9):
Upstart Goblin x3
Mystical Space Typhoon x2
Giant Trunade x1
Dark Hole x1
Book of Moon x1
Swords of Revealing Light x1
Traps (31):
Tiki Curse x3
Tiki Soul x2
Zoma the Spirit x3
Embodiment of Apophis x3
Imperial Custom x3
Macro Cosmos x3
Cyber Shadow Gardna x2
Metal Reflect Slime x2
Seven Tools of the Bandit x2
Dust Tornado x2
Accumulated Fortune x2
Skill Drain x2
Bottomless Trap Hole x2
Solemn Judgment x1
Torrential Tribute x1
Mirror Force x1
Strategy:
With "Imperial Custom" all Continue Trap cards cannot be destroyed which mean every Monster Trap, "Macro Cosmos" and "Skill Drain" will make the duel tougher for your opponent. "Tiki Curse"s effect makes every monster that battles with another Monster Trap destroyed at the end of the damage step so if you control two or more "Tiki Curse" your opponent cannot battle you unless they want to risk sending their monsters to the graveyard. Rest of the Monster Traps are just beat sticks and since you run so many Traps, card like "Dust Tornado" and "Mystical Space Typhoon" will help you destroy "Royal Decree" and such cards. One of the biggest problems must be the common "Trap Stun" for the reason that every Monster Trap will be an easy target afterwards. Since most of your Monster Traps are beat sticks, cards such as "Skill Drain" will give you the edge over the opponent. "Macro Cosmos" is just there to remove cards from play so your opponent cannot play cards in their graveyard such as "Glow-Up Bulb", "Chaos Sorcerer" and "Spore" etc.
Problems with this deck:
You might stumble upon time when your opponent just stall for time which in this deck might be a problem. If your opponent also succeeds in playing "Royal Decree" or "Trap Stun" you will have a hard time winning.
What do you think? Need improvements? Please let me know.
