Looks alright.
Terraforming never hurts. I'd maximize Matter Transporter and maybe add Transmigration Prophesy to put Firey back in the deck and counter a CotH or whatever the opponent does.

Add beast king(future visions returns him with his orgianl 3000 attk...omg so good)
Allure(ABUSE THE LADYS DRAW POWER)
terraforming
maybe necroface but that would require some testing, and if u do, then keep the sacros
get some tuners in there
Maybe a return from the dd?
Maybe a trag because of the abusive draw power
arcana force 0 the fool works with one for one

Sounds like a ok choice, Future Vision isn't important alot for terraforming. What do you suggest replacing? I prefer not removing more monsters since the count is low.

Beast King Barbaros +1 (not only for its atk but also for its effect cuz of easy swarming)

Allure will only have 4 targets, but could help with Fortune Future, I don't know...
I think Necroface could help but like you said it requires testing.
Return from D.D. would be pretty bad, they are Fortune Future food.
the rest of the suggestion would make this deck gimmicky.

I don't think 4 targets is good enough to run Allure.

Yep I am back to duel, but i am kinda busy, this weekend I may duel alot some people on GFaqs/this forums. I am still trying to improve that deck's performance

Well if you were running necro, I think it would help if you also added plague, but if not then I guess dont worry about it.
I'm not to up to par with Fortune Ladies, but I hoped to give my 2 cents.

I wanna replace Catoblepas and the Witch of Fate for another card.
