How do you get the last CPU part for Yu Gi Oh! 5D's: Reverse of Arcadia?

I searched everywhere, but no luck. :c

The only lead I have is that this guy in the Bowling place said something about bowling alleys and it was in red letters, red letters are a sign of a quest.
