Don't run Elphin and Fane, their effects are quite mediocre. You should replace them with Vayu and Dark Armed. A 3rd Blizzard seems uneeded as there isn't a sufficient amount of targets for it.

You should run MBaaS, Book of Moon, and Brain Control in the spells section. MBaaS protects your monsters from mass destruction, BoM disrupts many things and helps Shura kill, and Brain Control is always a good card to have since you run so many tuners. Starlight Road can be an alternative to MBaaS if this is in WC2010. Also, run triple Black Whirlwinds; the card is awesome.

Run a 3rd Icarus, Bottomless Trap Hole, and Oppression in your trap lineup. Oppression is ultra-hax with Vayu.
