Necro Guardna (can nerf LS)
Necroface (I don't see why)

Lightlord Summoner - Lumina (good choice)
Burial from a Different Dimension (no comment, I think its because of REDMD)
Foolish Burial (Nerf LS again)
Destiny Draw (Wasen't needed imo)
Charge of the Light Brigade (Nerf LS)
Allure of Darkness (well I don't see this card broken)
Mind Crush (with the new Ice Barrier Synchro I think its fair)
Magical Explosion (idk)

Honest (i am happy)
Cyber Dragon (also happy, ChimeraOTK can make comeback, put your Forteress dragon in extra everyone)
Demise - King of Armageddon (yay)
Dandelion (its cool)
Treeborn Frog (i don't see why it was limited, you can only use 1 at a time)
Black Whirlwind (i don't know crap bout blackwings)
United We Stand (this card is overpowerful, but i like it semi)

Skill Drain (read above, kills possibily of doing skill drain decks)

This list is killing lightsworn, and my dark deck. I think ima create a monarch deck with this list.

I can see why they would hit Trag and Magical Explosion. Trag seems too good to stay unlimited. Permanent Brain Control and it's so easy to summon. It can just lurk around your field if you have a crappy hand or something and beatdown your opponent. Explosion is probably getting hit because of a deck known as "Junk Blade" in the OCG. The deck is kinda broke and FTKs a good amount of times.

I don't understand why they'd limit Foolish, Necro Guardna, Necroface, BfaDD, and Destiny Draw. Those cards are balanced enough. Sure LS can use Necro, Foolish, and Allure, but still, it isn't a good reason to limit them if they already did that to Lumina and Charge. JD was bound to be limited sooner or later, so I'm not surprised about that. CotLB, Lumina, Mind Crush, and Mezuki are good choices. Also, I hate that fact that Allure and D-Draw was hit but Solar Recharge wasn't. Way to go, Konami.

All the cards that are newly semi-limited sound fair enough, except for Drain. Drain's use in anti-meta isn't as great as Oppression's, and most anti-meta (that I've seen) run Oppression only. Seems like a bad choice on their part. I don't know why'd they semi-limit Decree. It isn't even a threat at all. Semi- Cyber Dragon seems cool, especially with Zwei coming out in ABPF. Demise and Dandylion unlimited seems good. Honest is obviously reasonable. Whirlwind was gonna be hit sooner or later. Just think of it as a permanent RotA, but for Blackwings only. Yup...

Smashing Ground unlimited makes me shudder a bit. I have no problems with MoD unlimited. No one runs that stuff now anyways.

EDIT: Is this list confirmed by Konami, or is it another rumored list? I see this list everywhere (GFAQs, Pojo etc).

Infinity, I run Mask of Darkness.

Limiting Burial of D.D gets rid of my Volcanic OTK. Nothing serious though.

Lightsworns seriously got hit so everyone can stop complaining.

Smashing Ground and Fissure at 3? Say hello to Macro decks again. (Time to run Silent Magician)

Dandylion at 2!? Plant decks are back! As well as makes the Trident OTK easier. (Time to max out Debris and Dandy.)

Treeborn Frog at 2....? It should stay limited. With this at 2 now, Absolute Zero decks will be ran with some random build probably called "Burnsworn Zero"

I wanted to see Cyber Dragon back at 2 so yippee.

Royal Oppression/Skill Drain/Royal Decree at 2? Is Konami high? Meh...I don't even know what to say. Most people run 2 of these cards anyway.

Honest....!? OH YEAH! I HONESTLY WANTED HIM SEMI. See what I did there?

United We Stand. I actually liked this card and wondered why it got limited. Since it's not anymore now, I'll probably start maining them.

So then, during this ban-list, we'll most likely see:

Absolute Zero
Macro Decks
Monarchs
Assault Mode

That's my two step on that, but with this ban-list...

semi limiting royal decree and skill drain, dang i usuallu use those to max but now i can only use 2 (might be better though idk)
