Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys and Red Archfiend Dragon Deck help

I am currently trying to make a deck that involves summoning Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys and Red Archfiend Dragon. My question is is it a bad idea to add red archfiend dragon assualt mode?

Yeah, I can see inconsistency issues.

Im not into the assault mode monsters,unless u make an assault mode deck.Dead draws is where they lie,unless you have ways of placing them back in the deck,which i seem to have not found.id say no.stick with what ur trying to summon (:

Just a quick brainstorm. Give it a spin if you want. Hasn't been tested or anything so I dunno if it works.

I think I'm going to abandon the whole assualt mode idea. It wasn't working out. For now I'm just going to stick the nephtys and red archfiend dragon. Most of the above cards seem like a good idea. I'm gonna play around with it.
