Here's the link for the plugin

put the "seplugins" folder in the root of your memory stick then use the recovery menu to activate them.To use it press the note key(music tone) It will take a screenshot and you will find the pic in the "picture" folder.

But do you have a hacked psp?

well i dnt have like the original theme, i have a cool theme which your not able to do, i also have a pandora battery but i duno if it even works
