I have a sudden urge to add in D.D. Warrior Ladies, but I don't know what to cut. Also, if you're wondering where the Skill Drains are, they're in the side.

I don't really see anything wrong with it. If you want to add Warrior Lady, the Jujitsu Masters or Thunder Kings would be your exchanges, I guess.

Also, I think I've seen this exact same deck on a certain FAQ message board for Games before.....

Looks good to me! The D.D. Warrior Lady's would be amazingly annoying in this deck, so why not add them in, like trop said you can take out the Juju Masters?

I don't see anything wrong here. As both mentioned above take out the jujitsu master. Mind posting your side deck as well?
