Why cant I register to the site's chat?

Ok, this is now in effect. Since multiple users found a way to cheat IP address after being banned here, and come back to flame the administrators, I now set the site to super nova security mode.

The way it works is this.

If you are a new member and would like to start chatting in the site's chat box, you must have at least 15 forum's post here. Then contact me where it's shown below my signature from the site to approve your sign up.

I've unprotected all pages from the main site and only pass-protected the chat page.

ok great idea KWC as usual though, this will help to avoide thos hackers..
