I'm not really used to DD decks, so tell me if I'm missing anything.

I also think I should add a lvl 2 tuner here, but I don't know what to take out for it.

How consistent is this? Not only is Rescue Cat limited, but it doesn't work with Fissure in play and Fissure also stops Sangan from searching in out, making it a terrible choice for mid game. And since it's limited, you can't count on it being a consistent opener before setting up Fissure, either.

As for the DD part, drop Scout Plane for maxxed Survivors and Banisher's missing.

I haven't tested at all, so I don't know how consistent it would be.

I was just under the assumption that I wouldn't always have DD Fissure available when I built the deck. Like I said, I've never really done the DD thing before, so I wouldn't know the basics of it.

So, should I just redo the deck then?

Well, it should keep Fissure/Banisher out most of the time.
