Basically freeze the field with Cold Wave, nuke it with Celestia, swarm and attack.

I don't know about having 3 Celestias, Wulfs, and Garoths. It would work extremely well if you draw a good hand but at the same time you could draw an extremely bad hand as well. I never seen RotA have a place in LS decks but I'll need to see if it works out for you.

3 Wulfs for LS, period. It's just like Solemn Judgment, most effective if maxed out. Celestia's the main card, so that's obviously at 3. RoTA to get Garoth to summon with Lumina since WC09 doesn't have Light Brigade.

Lumina effect works with 4 and lower I believe

Um, Garoth is level 4.

I think you should main Trunade... since this is an OTK deck, you should use as much S/T removal as possible. Trunade can act like a Heavy Storm so you can set up your OTK and attack without fear of a Mirror Force. You can replace Brain Control for Trunade.
