Okay, I've thought about doing this for some time. and I need some help as to modifications, and if anyone knows the new ban list, and is willing to tell me which of these cards are banned, I'd appreciate it.

P.S. I'd also like a rating of the deck as it is now, if it's possible.

What's the winning percentage? It looks like a C level deck! No offense!

You seem to have 3 banned cards at the moment.
Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity and Call of the Hunted.

I'm gessing "RL" stands for real life and then it get harder to give sugestion becaus I don't what cards you got.
But I think yould be better if you use like 2 of each e-hero instead of just 1 and just the more interesting ones. The one with biggest fusion monster.

Yeah, I know. That's what alot of people say. But oddly enough, it wins quite abit. I have no idea how, but this deck just works for me. X-x

Then why do you need help with it?

I want to make it tournament legal, without losing the feel of my deck.

I'd give this a C too.

I think that you have too much monsters... and too little magic. Elemental Hero Decks consist of a lot of Magic cards, so I think fixing it up would be good. BTW, you might want to take out some of your trap cards that don't really help you out and replace them with more magic cards.
