Tips:
Dark Hole and Torrential Tribute for easy Meklord Emperor Summoning.
Heavy Storm for destruction of Meklord Fortress and remove back-row.
Add Solidarity for 800 ATK boost.
Add Terraforming for easy Field Spell search and to thin out your deck.
You can also add Cyber Dragon x2 for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
Add Xyz for extra support if needed.

You also might want to add in some Solem traps for defense.

meklord is too good in a scrap deck so why not make a meklord out of scrap, the best known scrap deck that has meklord is tengu scrap.
