Yu-Gi-Oh! (working title) 3DS

So far Gamefaq has it that there is one

I don't know if this is rumor or not, I hope it inst because I don't own a 3DS, but likely if they announce a game that late it must be like in 2007 when they had Spirit Caller GX and released WC 2007 the later months.

I'm thinking a 3 months project with the ending of the Arc Cradle of 5D's....

Me too, or the start of Zexal or maybe a whole new story line?

I know for a fact that they will include the latest pack in the OCG which is Generation Force (right now) with Exceeds.

If they choose to end the story arc they have only few episodes to go on and I think that it wouldn't be a long story mode.

I wonder if they willl bring the 3D sprites back.

This game has huge potential on the 3DS.
3D yugioh would work perfectly.

It might be a whole new game from the starting point of Dark Signers and stuffs. But likely I can bet you that you will be a droid this time and you will find that you were created by non other than Z-One. It's the only way to bring a perfect alternate circle to duel Yusei to aid on his growth and help team 5D's (by replacing Crow's spot on the WRGP). And the ending will be that will chose the humans instead of your master lol.

So you might be Bruno, and Bruno's role might be You VS You in the Arc cradle, that's the time you will learn who you truly are and that's the time you will make a choice to save the future rather than Yusei (did).

And yeah, as soon as I get a pic of it, the game has begun, and I will know which pack they have because they always have the latest Jap. pack when they first made it.

Now all we gota do is wait.

Well I have confident that it will be a DS game now. Because of Nitendo DSi Nitendo will still make the version of new 3DS games. For example, Thor is for 3DS and also DS. Green Lantern same also available for Wii. So I'm gonna cross my fingers and prays GOD it came for DS also.

The reason why I said it its because for every new thing on the market they always make a percentage of things to test which is more popular. Nitendo 3DS has just been released. If I don't have one you can tell how many other people that doesn't have one and they have to still make DS games in order to give 3DS its starting pride.

DS is also like Wii BTW. Maybe in the future they will make a 3D Wii. Then I can lose my hope that the DS generation is gone for sure.

I don't think it will be made for the DS, considering that it will be in 3D, and a much bigger games than anything the DS could play.
There trying to get a game out on the 3DS, and I haven't seen many multiplatform Yugioh game lately.
They announced it for the 3DS, not the DS.

But this is just my opinion.

I just hope that it comes in altleast a half of year.
Can't wait for the game.

Well, the 3DS is more powerfull, and better in every way.

The Wii will become outdated in the next 1-2 years, so I think that the 3DS is the way to go. (:

Probably because it is far from finished. The only thing I know for certain is now that it will be for the 3DS and they have to make a new game engine for the new World Championship game, since 2007 they haven't really changed the engine of the game. As for such the space on a 3DS cartridge is big so there MIGHT be monster animations like in the first three Yu-Gi-Oh! DS games but I'm not sure. I also read that the name of the game might be: The Legendary Number or Search for the Legendary Number... something like that. As well I read that the game's booster back might not exceed Order of Chaos which I hope isn't true. I demand Neo-Galaxy Eyes!

My 3DS is sad....

They are probably re doing the game entirely for the 3DS. The 3DS is more powerful than the DS so they can improve the WC game greatly especially in the graphics.

Just something I noticed. In the Raw version of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal Episode 53 there is a commercial for World Championship 2012... in real life I take it.

It's indeed the ongoing World Championship yearly tournaments but it isn't a game that we come with. Perhaps this "Game ID" they spoke off may be a new Konami Games inside but only for recent World Championship participants.

Also I dug as much as info as I can, I notice that even "Duel Accelerator" for the online 5D's game is shut down and will be re-open this year's fall. Originally fall is the release of Tag Force Games, but last year konami did not distribute Tag Force 6 to US at all.

In general, I think konami is looking for new marketing strategy and it's not about the activity anymore but their sponsorships. Like a school that's closed on Holiday, but when you come in you see selected students in class learning.

And one more thing too.

As Nintendo revealed you can later this year buy and download games on their release dates through Nintendo Network on the 3DS and you can download updates much like PC, Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network are doing now. This can be a good thing as glitches and bugs can be repaired when connected to the web and maybe they will have expansion packs too to update NPCs and adding new stuff and cards? I dunno but this sounds possible.

It is very possible, but I don't know to what extent the extra content would be. They do want people to still buy the next WC game each year.
