i have a request. my friend said that he would only go to a tournament with me if i could find a deck build which runs entirely off luck like flipping a coin but i cant find one links or an actual tournament legal build will be much appreciated thanks

The Arcana Force archtype are really stable if your luck is good.
The deck iself run on high lvl monsters and control like:

Arcana Force 21 The World
Arcana Force EX Light Ruler
Arcana Force EX Dark Ruler

You are also able to stall with The Fool and with Light Barrier, your Arcana Force monsters will gain the effect you want include with Honest and other overpowerd Fairies and supports.
