all my 0 attacker's are to help form a lock with and protection for their lower stats

Mutant Mindmaster is to snatch opponents monsters and ram into his other mosters

Relinquished to ram face up beatsticks and make opponent take major LP damage

Cyber Valley for extra field control/draw

Vortex Trooper to recycle tribute monsters into deck/draw engine

Turbo Rocket is for more damage to opponents monsters.

Jester Confit is tribute fodder if needed, or boost defense with pixie ring and bounce any nasty monsters back to opponents hand.

Fog King is to negate tributes and further boost myself. i can also tribute a monster i snatch with Mutant Mindmaster to get a decent tough monster.

Otohime is to switch opponents monsters into attack to snatch with Mutant Mindmaster and help Relinquished do damage from opponent hiding.

Card Rotator to supplement Otohime and in main deck for better use.

Village is to slow/stop opponent spell cards

Magician's Circle to get out my spellcasters faster.

Mirror of Oath's to combo with Magic Circle if they have any in deck. kill it and get a card!

Confusion Chaff to combo with Dimension Wall for extra hurt.

Remote Revenge to put at my afraid opponent into further harm by using his own cards against him.

Ancient Lamp is extra disruption to make opponent suffer for attacking face down

Masked Sorcerer to add some extra draw

i can get lots of field clear with Relinquished and Mutant Mindmaster for their direct attacks

Synchro monsters to add extra hurt to opponent

i got lots of simular attacks for synergy protection with pixie ring.

and with a slight theme Pegasus would use for just controlling the duel in a smart fasion.

appreciate all feedback, im sure i could improve deck with new ritual cards coming in the next set, but not out yet however!

Throw in Xing Xie Hui or whatever that trap card is. Or a cursed fig as well so you can lock your opponents traps down.

thanks. i think cursed fig would work well with the flow. let them think they can get a free hit on a facedown monster... bam lock their set M/T

plus harder to remove in grave than M/T on field with all the effects out there.
