I don't think you'll be able to get Hamon and Avatar on the field at the same time, but you might be able to get Rainbow Dragon and Avatar at the same time for a cool OTK. I'd say -Hamon, + Rainbow Dragon, and + whatever cards let you summon Amethyst Carbuncle.
