| This event in Japan starts September 18th, 2009 - November 10th, 2009.
Activate the "Mystery Gift" as usual by talking to somebody in the Violet City Pokemon center near the counter [your right-side] he's the one who activates your Mystery Gift, you tell him the exact same Kanji letters as you did in the (J) Pokemon Platinum (getting Jirachi) this time, after receiving your gift you should get an item called 'The Yellow Forest' for your PokeWalker. (Serebii): This course is filled with Pikachu and may give you access to a special Pikachu knowing a special move.
The rumor that the special move that Pikachu can learn is FLY because according to the picture it has a Pikachu with balloons up in the air. Since I dont have PokeWalker I am clueless myself of what the special move is...
Note: this event is out in America right now. You can find the (J) Kanji letters in my update from the Jirachi event of Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum which was edited a few times ^_^'. Yes its a Wi-Fi Pokemon event. Since you have to use the PokeWalker for this, this is kinda like a useless update if you think about of the PokeWalker instead of gettin a Pikachu with the special move from Wi-Fi.

| I know this event ended up it appeared that this Pikachu had 2 special attacks that it could not normally learn and the moves were " Fly " and " Surf ". | |
