Error Code 31020 - What Is It?

Ok so when i go to downloads and news this error pops up,ive never been able to go to it and download anything. But ow theres a new Ban List coming out i need it more than ever. ive tried nintendo.com thats no help,says it dont exist.ive took out my hard drive and give my DS a direct connection.Kept my PC off while i try and use my router as i should.Tried pretty much everythin.Soooo..if anyone knows or has had this an fixed it,IM ALL EARS!

so youve basically tried everything, hmm it might not help but check/reset your router, may not have helped butits a suggestion i guess

lol i need to do that to re-connect to wifi once i get the error anyway.

I've googled it and apparently no one knows because that's all I got were questions about it on forums and people posting they didn't know. O.o

I've had the same error for SSBB and Mario Kart once. I just resetted my router and it worked right after that, but I dunno if that was just luck or an actual way of fixing it. =\

hmm well, i checked renreis post on errors, and youve had this code before so it cant be new

Hm, I mixed the numbers around a few times on nintendo's site and almost all of them came up as "there's something wrong with your system, send it in for repair." Have you tried that?

thats stupid(not you zero) obviously theres sumthin wrong if he cant do stuff, but the repair mite be good xd

it probaly is the hard drive, but it mite be the router, i would say the hard drive lol

you really arnt helping lol.

this is quite important.no ban list = screwed.but if i buy the new wrong thing ill go hang myself then whats the ban list worth :afro: i just gotta chill and hope for the best.

BTW inf.i reset my router all the time lol still doesnt work X_X

Well, if you only want your Wi-Fi to work just because you want the newest list, maybe you can go to a Wi-Fi hotspot?

I honestly don't have any idea how to fix it, sorry man. =/

Nope i use a £140 router,meaning it should be top dog.still get D/C -.-

maybe the USB is the key to victory,but i heard they dont get sold no more.

hmm yeh i wanted to buy one of those aswell, but yeh they dnt really sell them that much, they do for 25 pounds somewhere drakan, i checked
