First i started by looking at the monsters:
Darklord Zerato is a really good card but i think that 2 of him is enough, so no changes
Airknight Parshath is an okay card but not the best, so i took him out: 21 Monsters
I didnt really knew why Armageddon knight was in this, so i took 2 out so there is only 1: 19 Monsters
Breaker the magical warrior is always a grat card so he stays ^^
Dark Valkyria is a good card, but she doesnt need 3 spaces so one of her out: 18 Monsters
Doomsday Horro is a bad card. He is only ok against a DD deck so he should be in the side deck: 16 Monsters
Hecatrice is a really great card for searching valhalla, but if ya dont have any more valhalla in deck and ya draw her, its kinda a dead draw, so i took 1 out: 15 Monsters
Krebons is a great tuner and staller card so he stays
Morphing Jar is good in most decks so he stays
Krebons is better that Psychic comander, and after all Psychic comander is earth not dark, so he is out: 13 monsters
Sangan is a great card so he stays
Im really not aa big fan of spirit reaper so i would take him out: 12 Monsters
Addes:
Athena: i put 2 of her in this deck, because she is good for getting the right Fairy out from the grave: 14 Monsters
Chaos Sorcerer: He is great in this deck because you uses many Light and Dark Attribute monsters: 15 Monsters
GTEOD: Gorz is always great and he is dark so thats good ^^: 16 Monsters
POD: Phantom is good because you can get any effect from the grave ya want, and ya can recykle with EFTDD 18 monsters
Splendid Venus: Thats just an awesome card in fairy deck, but watch out for her first effect, it affects your monsters too: 20 Monsters
Now to the spells:
Since this is a Light and Dark deck ya only need 1 Allure: 10 Spells
and Heavy storm out: spells 9
Addes:
Giant Trunade: I like Trunade more than heavy. Especially when you use continous spells cards: 10 Spells
Lightning vortex since ya dont have many ways to destroye your opponents monster ^^: 11 Spells
Now to traps:
Ive only cut down on one EFTDD, since ya dont need more and it can lead to dead draws: 4 Traps
Addes:
CCV: Crush card is just good in decks where ya have low atk Dark monsters: 5 Traps
Dark Bribe: Is really great in most decks so 3 of that: 8 Traps
