Could try adding some Assault Beasts or Mercenaries to get Assault mode activate quicker? Other than that, it seems balanced to me.

Once I syncho summon my monster, I get Assault Mode Activate in my hand, since Arcane Apprentice will pick it for me :3

Oh yeah. xD. Hmm...you can add a Mercenary to get rid of those spells and traps since Arcanite gives you an Assault mode when you synchro it?
